That's because trauma, stress, and chronic anxiety don't just live in your mind. They live in your body. And your body can't be talked out of what it's holding.
Regulate is a 6-week somatic course designed to help you do what thinking alone can't: create genuine safety in your nervous system, so you can finally feel calm, grounded, and at home in yourself.

Why this course. Why now. Why me.
I didn't learn nervous system regulation from a textbook. I learned it because I had to.
I grew up in a home where safety wasn't guaranteed and I spent years not understanding why I felt anxious, frozen, or completely overwhelmed by ordinary life. I tried counseling. I tried every course, work, and podcast. I tried willpower. None of it got to the root of what my body was holding.
When I discovered somatic work, everything changed. Not because it was magic, but because for the first time, I was working *with* my body instead of against it.
I'm a certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner with training in Somatic Experiencing (the body-based healing modality developed by Peter Levine) and Inner Child work. I built Regulate to give you the same foundation I wish I'd had distilled into six clear, gentle, practical weeks.

What we'll do together
**Week 1: Safety and Foundation**
Healing can't happen in a body that doesn't feel safe. We start here — building the internal foundation that makes everything else possible.
**Week 2: Learning to Be in Your Body**
Many of us have spent years living from the neck up. This week we practice coming back — gently, without force — to the wisdom your body already holds.
**Week 3: Building Capacity for All Emotions**
You don't need to get rid of your emotions. You need to learn to hold them. This week we expand your window of tolerance so feelings become information, not overwhelm.
**Week 4: Working with Hard Emotions**
Fear. Grief. Anger. Shame. This week we move toward the emotions you've been managing or avoiding — and learn to let your body process what your mind couldn't.
**Week 5: Inner Child and Reparenting**
So much of what drives our nervous system dysregulation lives in early experiences. This week we meet that younger part of you with compassion and begin the work of reparenting.
**Week 6: Integration and Embodiment**
Healing isn't a destination — it's a practice. This week we integrate everything you've learned and build the foundation for a regulated, embodied life going forward
